JUNIOR MANAGEMENT COUPLE – De Hoop Nature Reserve

Our client, a Luxury Boutique Style property, is situated along the unspoilt coastline of the De Hoop Nature Reserve offering nearly year round the best seaside and beach holidays in a pristine surrounding. Accommodation includes a luxurious 5-bedroomed and a 4-bedroomed lodge, surrounded by coastal fynbos and the best whale watching area in Africa.

Our client is seeking to employ a JUNIOR MANAGEMENT COUPLE to join their team.
In the Junior Management Couple role, you will be responsible for the overall running of the Lodge, maintaining unique and curated guest experiences, manage a driven team and ensuring business growth.

REQUIREMENTS
• The Junior Management Couple role requires high levels of energy as well as long hours of work
• The couple must have previous 5-star lodge experience
• One of the couple must be a certified FGASA guide (preferably marine) or almost completed course with a valid first aid certificate and PDP driver’s licence
• The other must have a qualification or experience in Hotel Management / Food services and be admin orientated
• Both individuals must be natural born host/entertainers with bubbly personalities
• Must be fluent in English. More languages will be advantageous
• Must both be willing to do front of house as well as back of house duties
• It is a requirement to have all vaccinations up to date

REMUNERATION AND NOTES
The position offers a combined renumeration package of up to R20 000, plus accommodation, provident fund, and a food allowance (Depending on the level of experience) Kindly note, this is not a child friendly environment
